Okay so this is my first attempt at a song fic. The song is This is For Keeps by the Spill Canvas. The inspiration for my sn. Takes place between Twilight and New Moon in the summer. You should give the song a listen.
The streets are dark, my pulse is flat-lined as I'm running to you
Today was supposed to be a family day. Well a vampire family day. We were supposed to go on a hunting trip and, Bella was supposed to spend a quite human day with Charlie.
It would be good for her to spend some time with her father, who lately was afraid of losing his daughter he so recently gained.
And good for me to get a good meal to stop the burning in my throat when I was with my lover that I don't deserve to love.
So why am I running down the wet, bleak, streets of Forks to her house?
The air is thick with tension much like when we are together
I haven't eaten for a week or so, and yet here I am headed straight towards the one thing that I thirst for the most. Why am I doing this? Why can't I just stay away? Keep her safe?
