Chapter 1 back from the dead
Beerus, the god of destruction. Many believed this god to be cruel and a being of darkness, but in reality, he is just a man that just does his job. However, there are laws in place even for him. And one such law is to either make sure a species goes extinct or let it flourish. However, Beerus broke this law just this once. Marrying the supreme kai of time, Chrona he had a son who they named Sage.
As sage grew, he became more and more like that fool piccolo. He wasn't a needy child, just curious and competitive. Always watching Beerus and trying to copy his Techniques when he trains. And so Beerus too became attached to his small being.
At the age of 17 Sage had caught the attention of the Grand Priest. Beerus and his son were playing an earth game called chess. Strategy was just as important in combat. Sage examined the board carefully. Just as Beerus was about to complain, Sage moved the "queen" to the edge of the board where Beerus's king couldn't escape without moving into check.
Beerus looked at the board and then smiled at Sage. "Well done, my son. Well done." Beerus helped his son pull the board away when the grand Priest started clapping, and unconscious Whiss behind him. Both snapped up and bowed respectfully.
"God of Destruction Beerus. Lord Zeno has requested that your son become the god of destruction of the revived universe 14." This surprised Beerus.
"M-may I be able to visit him?" The grand priest let on a kind smile.
"Of course. He is your son after all, but first let's change him into something more appropriate." The grand priest snapped his fingers and a light emanated around Sage. Replacing Sage's clothing was a changed outfit. He was wearing a outfit identical to Beerus;s but wore a white collar wear with black stripes no collar or earpiece and black baggy pants with a white banner on his pants with yellow squares and a black supreme kai jacket that had a white trim with the collar wear over it resting on his shoulders, and black padded gloves. "Now for your aid." An angel appeared beside him. She looked like she was about the same age as Chi-Chi, but a little older around her twenties and wore the same outfit. "Her name is Key."
"A pleasure to meet you, Lord Sage." the woman named Key said in a calm and smooth voice. Sage nodded and walked over beside her.
"The pleasure is mine Key."
"Let us get going to your castle, lord Sage." Key stated, but he said to wait for a second.
"See you soon father." Sage said, and in a beam of light shooting into the sky, Sage and Key were gone.
"Be safe my son. Even though you're just as strong as Hit, be safe."
SOrry for the short chapter, the next few will be short as well but don't worry. I'll get in with the long chaps soon
