The String-String Fruit Part 1
Disclaimer- I don't own the rights to One Piece except the cursed String-String fruit and the town of Cockjaw.
"Ahh.. nothing like the sea right guys?" Luffy asked Oosap and Chopper.
"You'd bet Luffy," Oosap replied with glee.
"One thing missing," Chopper remarked.
Luffy and Oosap sat up and asked, "What?"
"Food," Chopper groaned.
"Yeah I am kinda hungery," Luffy noticed.
"Me too," Oosap added.
"I know! Let's ask Sanji!" Luffy jumped and exclaimed.
The trio danced to the kitchen while giggling.
They knocked on the door and Luffy asked with a big smile on his face "Can we have something to eat?"
Sanji kicked that smile clean off and replied "NO LAST TIME YOU ATE ALL THE FOOD AND WE CANNOT SPARE ANY!"
Zolo was eating some limes by the portside bow and then Luffy, Chopper, and Oosap asked, "Can we have some limes?"
"Not if you want holes or cuts in your body," Zolo cooly answered with the tiny opening of the Woado. "Besides Nami gave them to me so I wouldn't get scuvery."
"Nami! Of course!" Luffy said lightly hitting his head.
"Nami can we have some limes?" Chopper asked.
"No because you ate yours at lunch!" Nami yelled.
"But they so good we thought we could have more,"Oosap explained.
"Too bad,"Nami replied with fire in her eyes.
So the bunch sank down onto the deck until Nami yelled Cockjaw was dead ahead.
"Yeaah a town finally some food!" Luffy exclaimed. He filled up a pouch with gold coins and took off using his Gum-Gum Rocket. He yelled,"Weeee!" until he hit the ground at the feet of a merchent.
"You have strange powers yes?" the merchent asked.
"Yes," Luffy calmly said.
"Then come into my tent," the merchent smiled.
"Ok," Luffy said following.
The inside of the tent was moth-eaten and reeked of week old fish.
"Five gold coins for food," he said pointing to something on the table.
"Five gold coins for food?"Luffy repeated like a parrot.
"Yes,"the merchent said gleaming.
"I am kinda hungry,"Luffy remarked at the grumbling of his stomach. "Yeahhhhhh,"Luffy jumped up almost knocking over the merchant. He smacked five coins on the table and yelled, "Thank you!"
-Meanwhile on the oposite shore, the straw hat crew is looking for Luffy-
"Where did he go?" Nami asked herself.
"Luuuuffffyyyyyyyyyyyyy,"Oosap hollored.
"Come out Luffy,"Zolo called chopping at the brush in a nearby forest. Then he heard a fimilar voice yelling thank you near the edge of the forest. "Oosap, Nami, Sanji, Chopper! I found Luffy! He's on the other side of this forest!"
"Let's get Luffy,"Chopper yelped oozing with joy for it took them a long time to get to Cockjaw.
-Ten Minuites later the crew has met up with Luffy-
"So Luffy what did you get to eat?"Oosap asked.
"I don't know but it tasted just as bad as the Gum-Gum Fruit,"Luffy replied with a smile.
"Wait was it red with black and green rectangles?"Chopper asked.
"Yeah, why?"Luffy answered with a question.
