Being a Jedi was everything Obi-Wan Kenobi thought it would be and more. But having the Chosen One as a Padawan Learner wasn't what he hoped for. Nether the less Obi-Wan accepted it and over the years had become very fond of Anakin Skywalker. They both relied on each other to stay alive, more Obi-Wan then Anakin, yet they were great friends. Growing up Anakin lacked close friendships, other then that of his Jedi Master which he also sometimes questioned. Except now Anakin no longer was a Padawan but a true Jedi Knight and he had made other friends, such as Senator Padmé Amidala. Which Obi-Wan could guarantee was who Anakin was with now. Two months they had spent on Endor searching for something that wasn't there. Anakin and Padmé hadn't spoken since the night before leaving. The Senator was given updates on their well being and a few holograms were given to Anakin through Chancellor Palpatine saying hello from her. Obi-Wan also knew there was something going on but didn't say anything because he had no room to talk. It was known the Obi-Wan had an affair with Siri Tachi a fellow Jedi who left the Order after a dispute. He would never forget the times he shared with Siri. They were precious ones. Plus he didn't think Anakin would ever be the same if he lost Padmé…no, he knew for a fact that he wouldn't. Letting go of his emotions wasn't something Obi-Wan was good at, or Anakin. But right now Obi-Wan Kenobi as a person was going to enjoy his drink and holiday from Galactic worries.

"You look rest deprived." A female with the same Coruscanti accent as his said. She had long brown hair that stretched past her shoulders.

"I'm not surprised to hear that because it's exactly the way I feel." He responded politely.

"There's no rest for Jedi, it comes with the package."

Obi-Wan noticed her smile and it made him feel like there were no problems…but it also reminded him of Siri, and how her smile made him feel. Only then did she catch onto what she had said.

"How could you tell I was a Jedi?"

"The way you scan the room, the tenseness in your shoulders. Plus my older brother was a Jedi, you're all the same." She brushed off.

"Was?" Obi-wan asked.

"He died in the battle on Geonosis. There were nights he would sneak home and spend time with us. We didn't live that far from the Temple for years." She looked straight ahead as tears threaten to come down.

"I'm so sorry. I'm sure your brother was a great man, and Jedi." Obi-Wan didn't know what else to say so he changed the subject. "I'm Obi-Wan Kenobi." He stuck his hand out to shake the woman's.

"Anna Raul." She accepted Obi-Wan's strong hand.

He recognized the name Raul. "Your brother was Bail Raul am I right?"

Anna didn't say anything.

"He was a few years older then me; he also lived in the quarters next to mine. A very nice man."

"Yeah, well that was years ago, besides I didn't come over here to talk about Bail I came to talk about you." She said with a smile.

"About me?" Obi-Wan smiled back, mixed with a little flirt. While he wasn't proud of it he didn't feel like he shouldn't. Siri had died and he knew it was time to move on…even if he wasn't ready to.

"Yes about you." It was obvious that she was flirting as well.

"So what do you want to know?"

To be continued…
