Lilypaw was running for her life. Her mentor, Appletail, had told her to alert Lionstar that they had found a dead body near the hunting grounds. As Lilypaw rushed into camp, she met the gaze of Lionstar. "What is the problem?" He asked sternly" "Appletail and I were out hunting when we came a crossed a dead body!" Lionstar froze, then said "Lead the way back" So again Lilypaw was running back to the spot, and once they got there, it was a horrible sight. "Oh my" That all Lionstar could say looking at the dead body of a clan cat, and of Appletail. "What…happened….to…her" Lilypaw said coldly. "It seems that she and Orangeglow have been attacked by a badger." He said while observing the claw slashed on their bellies. "Lilypaw, I need you to go back to camp and fetch Featherheart." "Yes Lionstar." As Lilypaw was running back to camp to fetch the medicine cat, she was stopped in her tracks by a large animal. It was a badger. Lilypaw froze as the beast came for her, and she tried to fight it off, but no success. Then she left dizzy and saw nothing.
