There was a sweet breeze that carried them away that felt like an endless dream. She felt like she couldn't be alive, that none of this was real, but it was. How could something this amazing be real? She thought that he would never change, that he would never be hers.

"Cloud?"

"Hmm..?"

"Why did you choose me over Tifa? I mean, you knew each other since childhood and just seemed to be so perfect for each other."

"Aerith, Tifa and I were never together and I never felt that way about her. I can't speak for her, but I know that I never wanted to be with her. You are the only girl I've ever loved, and I can't believe that I found you."

"That's sweet, Cloud. And I guess I see how you and Tifa were only friends. It's just that you both have so many memories together, and I felt like I could never know you as well as she knows you."

"Well that's just not true, because you already know me better than Tifa knows me. Knowing me longer doesn't mean she knows me better, she really doesn't know me at all. I guess you'll have to find that out for yourself."

"Yeah, I guess so."

They were sitting in their home in Wutai and their lives were totally normal. Since their journey ended, everyone went their separate ways. Barrett got remarried and started his own construction company. Tifa sold her bar for a ton of money and moved to Rocket Town to marry Cid. Yuffie and Cait Sith started their own ninja school where they teach kids how to, well, be ninjas! Red XIII thought that since he was already not your usual animal, that he would star in a famous circus as the "Weird Talking Dog Thing". Everyone knew that Vincent wasn't very social, but Cloud always told him that he could stay with him and Aerith, but he always declined. He said that living with others was a mistake and he didn't want to get stuck living under someone elses' rules.

"I guess I'll give Tifa a call and tell her that we're going to meet up with everyone tomorrow," said Aeirth.

"Okay, sounds good honey. I'll let Barrett know too."

~ring-ring~

"Tifa? Hey, it's Aerith. How are you?"

"Oh wow, Aeirth, I haven't heard from you in months! I've been great, what about you?"

"I've been well. Cloud and I have been living in Wutai for some time now, and it's great!"

'That sounds really nice for you guys! Cid and I are just still in Rocket Town living a simple life. It's really quiet and nice here. I wanted to call you guys a few weeks ago and tell you something but I never got the chance. Could you get Cloud and the both of you listen?"

"Of course, one second."

Cloud, can you come here a second?

"Hey Tifa, we're both here."

"Okay well, I'm pregnant!"

"Oh my gosh! That's great Tifa!" said Aerith.

"I can't believe you're pregnant Tifa, that's awesome for you guys," said Cloud.

"Well, I can't wait to see you! Oh, and speaking of that, tomorrow we're all meeting up at the Gold Saucer...would you be able to make it?" asked Aerith.

"Well, I'll ask Cid if he's working, but I'll let you know in the morning for sure. Cid just built a brand new airship, so it will be easy to travel there."

"Okay Tifa, hopefully we'll see you tomorrow, just give us a call!" said Aerith.

"Okay! I'll talk to you then!"

'See ya Tifa," said Cloud.

"Wow, I can't believe she's pregnant! It's so great for them!" said Aerith.

"Yeah, it's crazy to think that they are gonna have a baby. I just never thought of Tifa as a mother. I'm glad for them and it'll be good to see them tomorrow," said Cloud.

"Yeah, you're right. We should get some sleep, because we have to get up early, and we all know you love to get up early!" said Aerith.

"Very funny marshmallow head. I love you. Goodnight sweetie," said Cloud.

"I love you too, g'nite," she said.
