She uttered goodbye to her sister and turned to meet her fate. She knew what would happen, but there was no other choice.
After being a Slayer for many years, it was time. It was time to see an end to pain and heartache and sadness and anger. Finally, she could leave the evil dark world and not have to worry anymore.
So she leapt. She leapt from the tower into the bright abyss of the portal, giving her gift of death to save her sister, to save the world.
Her journey was over. She was free. She was home.
