Percy's POV
As I looked across the water behind my cabin I couldn't help not thinking about Annabeth, Her golden princess curls her orange camp-half blood shirt, but I knew I couldn't see her anymore it made me angry, upset and confused. I have never felt this much about a girl especially Annabeth who made me feel as if I made been chosen by the gods to have this good of a friend but Posiden and Athena had to screw it up.
Flashback
The council was in two days it was an annual check up of course but my favourite thing about it was Annabeth since I hadn't seen her after Christmas, which was 5 months ago, so I was generally exited but as I was saying goodbye to grover, who couldn't come because he was training a new satyr, I got an iris message from Annabeth she had a sad look on her face and she said "Hey Percy" She smiled sweetly "I'm going to be a day late but I will be there as soon as possible I promise,"
"I hope you will because it will be so (A/N The words in italics are enthisised words) boring without you because I'll have to stop Poseidon and Athena fighting and you know how tiring that is!"
"I know Percy but it's one day you can handle that can't you my strong man" Then she whispered under her breathe even though I heard her "but not stronger then me" I grinned a proud smile and said "I heard that!"
The water faded away into rainbow water and the last thing I heard was "bye Percy"
