Alex came home in a bad mood. She was in tears.
"Rough day," Justin asked
"I guess so," Alex said
"It must be… you're in tears"
"It's three years since Candice died," Alex sobbed, "and Dick keeps telling me it's my fault"
Candice was the oldest Russo child. She died on 11/14/06. Some kid brought a gun to school and was about to shoot Alex. Candice stepped in the middle of Alex and the gun-man and took the bullet in her chest.
Dick was Candice's boyfriend and ever since Candice passed away he HATED Alex Russo with a passion.
"Dick is just that… a dick," Justin said slinging an arm around his little sister.
"But if it weren't for me Candice would still be alive. I should have been dead"
"Don't you EVER say that again," Justin rebuked, "I would have lost my best friend if you died"
"But-"
"No buts," Justin said, "this is not your fault"
"I miss her," Alex replied starting to cry
"So do I," Justin said, "but we can see her again"
"I know… in heaven but-"
Justin shook his head.
"Don't you remember that spell dad taught us?"
"Not really?"
Justin got out a picture of Candice from his room.

Then he pointed to the picture of Candice.
Candice came out of the picture.
"Alex, Justin," she said excitedly, "it's so good to see you. I missed you guys so much"
"Candice," Alex said hugging her, "I'm so sorry I let you die"
"Oh ALLIOOP," Candice replied using her nickname for Alex, "it wasn't your fault"
"Dick says it was"
"Alex Dick is dealing with a great deal of grief and he doesn't know how to handle it. He has to blame someone and for some reason you're the 'obvious' choice."
"Candice," Alex asked, "can you stay?"
"Oh I wish I could ALLOOP but I have a jerky boyfriend that needs to be straightened out. Alex want to return me?"
