Tucker stood on the edge of the cliff watching the reds; he pulled off his helmet to reveal his light brown spiked hair and teal eyes. He turned back to see that Tex, Caboose, and Church were playing some sort of card game, Tucker let out a sigh, he wished he could have been there. Tucker sat there for who knows how long but he was bored and wanted to get out of there. Tucker had it he was done staying up here by himself; he started down the cliff edge.
"Where are you going?" Tex asked
Tucker let out a sigh
"To do something worth my time" he said a bit annoyed
Tex was slightly confused by Tucker's sudden and different personality. Tucker looked at Tex confused due to the fact that she was wearing her helmet Tucker couldn't tell what her expression was, and so he decided to head back to base. Tex took her helmet off she had short red hair and green eyes, she wanted to know what was on Tucker's mind, but there was no way for her to know. Tex wiped her forehead due to the intense heat in the canyon; she sighed and headed back to base. Church was standing on top of the base with Caboose. Tucker stormed into the base and slammed his bedroom door shut. Church and Caboose walked down the rooms, Church looked at Tex.
"What's up with him?" he asked
Church and Caboose removed their helmets, Church had black messy hair and light blue eyes Caboose had brown spiked hair and blue eyes. Tex seemed a bit distracted and now Church was curious about why. It was about dinner time now and everyone was ready to eat, however Tucker was still in his room. Everyone was dressed in their everyday cloths, Church wore a grey t shirt and blue jeans, Caboose wore a blue shirt and red shorts Tex wore a black tank top and black pants. Tex got up from where she sat and walked to Tucker's room, she then gently opened the door.
"Tucker what's gotten into you?" she asked
Tucker was wearing his black t shirt and blue jeans. Tex watched as Tucker seemed to rub his face, but he never looked at her.
"Nothing's wrong with me" he said "What's wrong with you"
Tex was taken aback by how much pain was caused by the bitterness in his voice. Tex could almost feel herself about to cry 'What's wrong with me why did his tone of voice hurt me?' Tex thought.
"What makes you think there's something wrong with me?" Tex almost yelled
Tucker could have sworn he heard sadness in Tex's voice, he turned to look at her but she was looking away from him, Tucker mentally cursed himself for being such a jerk toward her. Tucker looked down at the ground then back up to the doorway and saw she wasn't there anymore. Tucker threw a book across the room trying to relieve his anger. It only took a moment to vent out his anger then he got up and left his room.
"Hey Tucker are you going to eat?" Church asked
"Im busy Tucker said
Church watched as Tucker walked into Tex's room, Church and Caboose looked at each other then followed Tucker quietly. Tucker walked into Tex's room
"Im sorry" he said
Tex took a deep breath and then looked at Tucker, and then looked away.
"What are you sorry for?" Tex asked
"Im sorry for getting mad at you" Tucker said
Tex looked at Tucker; it took a moment for Tucker to realize that Tex had tears in her eyes. Tucker walked over and embraced Tex who started to cry.
From outside the room.
"Awww its cute" Caboose said
"I never thought I'd see this" Church said
