Heres another poem that I thought of, this one came to me when I was walking in the rain.

Rain

I watched you sitting there in the rain,
You try so hard to hide your pain.
I do too, but it's not the same,
Yours is wild; mine can be tame.
Our rage is ore one major flaw,
Yours has four eyes, mine a maw.
Mine's from DNA; yours is from your dad,
Terrible thing will happen if one of us gets mad.
We might hurt our only true friends,
If our struggle for control ends.
It's a never-ending battle, every day,
To not get angry at what others say.
It's so hard; you just want to hide,
When you have to face what's on the inside.
I watched you walking there in the rain,
You didn't notice the car in your lane.
I tried to warn you, but it was too late,
Surely this can't be your fate?
You lye there in your own blood,
Broken and smeared with mud.
Your rage didn't get you,
And I want that too.
So I have a sharp knife,
I'm ready to end my strife.
It's selfish of me, I know,
But I'll do it now, here, in the snow.
The dagger cuts clean and deep,
And I finally get to just sleep.
I see you standing there, smiling and free,
And I know this is how it's supposed to be.

Well, what did you think? It's a bit rough, I know, but come on, I'm only 13, what do you expect?
And besides, I wrote this a nearly two in the morning, so I wasn't quite awake.
Also, this was written from Beast Boy's point of veiw and takes place after The Beast Within.
