Inuyasha's POV
When I had decided on quitting the gang, I didn't think my decision would have such an impact on the other gangs. They became more visual, thinking that they'd out power me since now I was riding solo or something like that. No, I didn't think that I'd be jumped by a bunch of buffoons from up north, but then … I didn't think that I'd gain my own personal stalker as well for my decision.
"Shippo!" I hissed, "What're you still doing here runt?"
"Inuyasha- behind you!" cried the pathetic red orange head or whatever colour his hair actually is.
Turning, I elbowed one of the guys and punched another.
"You guys better watch carefully. I'll show you what real fighting looks like!" With that I tackled another two after my foot connected with another's jaw.
"Hey look guys- I found a snoop." One of the guys appeared dragging some chick by the arm.
"Hey, let go of me you maniac!"
Smack.
I turned to see the girl step away and the guy stumble back a little trying to conceal his red face.
She sure was brave… and now done for.
"Bitch!" the guy breathed, and he roughly shoved her forward.
From on the ground she let out a pathetic gasp and then looked up as I came beside her.
"You," I said in recognition.
Her misty brown eyes looked uncertain and well… pathetic, and her raven hair seemed somehow different. She remained silent and seemed unaware of me.
"Looking a little dumb there… Kikyo" I sneered. She looked even more bewildered.
So, after two years- I meet her again and she's being this idiotic!
"Kikyo? I'm not Kikyo- Ahh!"
I jumped back as one of the guys jumped between us. Hands tackled me from behind and before I knew what was happening, I was bound.
"Ahh!" she screamed again.
"Why don't you finish them all with one blow- like you did me, Kikyo"
For a moment she forgot that she was trying to get away and turned to me with fierce eyes.
"I'm not Kikyo!" she exclaimed then fell from a blow.
"I'm disappointed"
"Like you should talk- I'm not the one tied up!"
"Listen; just get this thing off me!"
She rolled away to dodge another blow as the idiot kicked. Then she pulled off the ropes. Flexing my fingers, I finished 'em off in two minutes flat.
"I'm so-" she started, and then stopped as I turned to face her.
"Listen; quit the charade! What happened then was real Kikyo!"
"My name isn't Kikyo, its kagome!" she exclaimed.
What!
"Ka-go-me!"
What'd she think? I was a little bratty kid!
"Whatever. There was no way you could've been Kikyo. She's not lousy as you."
She dared to roll her eyes and gave a fierce 'ugh.' Then she said pointlessly-
"I'm leaving"
"No one cares"
She turned sharply and muttering to herself started off. I stared after her unbelievably.
This girl had major gut. First of all talking up to me and coming here. This was an abandoned house in a secluded part of the city and she looked like the snotty daddy's princess type. To be hanging in places like this wasn't in her league. So, why was she here? Besides, only few gangs knew about this place.
"Hey!"
She turned. "Huh?"
"If you tell anyone about this place or what went down today, I swear, I will hunt you down!"
Ok. Even I don't know what's up with that. But she looked scared enough.
"SO you just get yourself out of here and keep your big mouth shut"
