I just wrote this for funzies. Hope you like it!

It was Kurt's first night on broadway. He was nervous, his palms were sweating, and the tags on his suit were making him twitch. The whole world was foggy. Suddenly, he felt a shard tap jut into the nape of his neck.

It was Blaine.

Blaine grinned and hugged Kurt with every fiber of his being. "I missed you" He whispered into Kurt's ear. "This is the best graduation present ever." Blaine murmured, breaking the embrace. "I missed you too, but how did you-" Kurt got cut off my Blaine's finger to his lips. "Shh." Blaine whispered, reaching into his pocket. He handed Kurt a pin of a canary in flight. Engraved in the wing of the fragile bird was one word:

"Pavarotti."

"I always knew you'd make it." Blaine said, eyes glazed. "I was always betting on you, Kurt Hummel."
