Years. Years he has been watching his family live life to the fullest. Wishing that he was with them.
He focuses on his son Kakarot with his two grandsons and daughter- in-law. The way they laughed at stupid jokes and old memories made him imagine what he would be like if he was still alive to witness it all in person.
To have a family that love you, care for you and laugh with you. As he stared down at family, he kept wishing for the impossible. Wishing for unreachable wishes.
