He has hair of black and eyes of green
He's the son of Poseidon, you should know who I mean
He loves double stuff oreos and the color blue
Percy Jackson makes a great hero too.
He started his adventure when he was only twelve
What he didn't know was he was about to delve
Into a world of Greek Mythology
And ended up saving the country
He led an army to make a stand,
To keep Olympus from Kronos' hand.
He fought off valiantly he had the strife,
And he knew when to give Luke the knife.
They won the war, but lost some friends on the way,
Percy Jackson's the reason America's standing today
