Hi! *Gives a bashful look* I thought I might try a oneshot. So please be gentle and if I need help with my writing don't hesitate to pm or review to point out what's wrong just please be gentle, kay.

Mario woke up when the moonlight hit his eyes. (The moon was really bright) Mario rubbed the dust from his eyes and looked at the time, it said eleven o'clock pm. Mario looked at Luigi who was sleeping innocently in his bed, ever since Evershade Valley he has been really quiet, quieter than normal. He hasn't talked about the incident ever since they got back at his mansion. (Mario's sleeping over)

Suddenly, Luigi started whimpering and tossing in his sleep. Mario looked at Luigi, concerned because lately Luigi has been having nightmares ever since the incident at Evershade Valley. Luigi started muttering in his sleep. "Malleo, don't leave me, don't let them hurt me, please!" Now Luigi started thrashing in his sleep and then screamed "Malleo!"

Mario then rushed over to Luigi, now highly concerned over him. Mario started whispering soothing words in his ear, "Shh, don't worry I'm here, I'm not going to leave you and no one is going to hurt you." Luigi started to calm down from Mario's words but than Luigi started thrashing more violently and screamed Malleo again except louder and sounded like he was being tortured! Mario, extremely worried now, started shaking Luigi. "Weegie, wake up, your having a nightmare," Mario said still concerned (obviously).

Luigi, finally started to wake up panting in fear from the nightmare and looked up to see Mario looking over him, worried. "Malleo, what's wrong?" asked Luigi. Mario sighed in relief knowing that Luigi's okay.

Mario looked at Luigi and said "You were having a nightmare, Luigi." "You had me so worried!" Mario yelled in anger.

Luigi looked at Mario in fear and hung his head. "I'm sorry," Luigi said ashamed at his actions.

Mario looked at him and his eyes softened. "It's okay ,Weegie," Mario said softly. Mario then said "What were you dreaming about?"

"I don't want to talk about it," Luigi said quietly.

Mario was not going to give up. "What were you dreaming about, Weegie," Mario said again except firmly and sternly.

Luigi looked at Mario's sapphire eyes and saw a worried look in them. Luigi relented and said "Malleo, I dreamt that you left me to be tortured by King Boo and they started using their magic on me an... and I lost so much blood, I felt hopeless and they started to use more power and It hurt bu... but what hurt the most was that you abandoned me!" By now Luigi started to cry and then cried into Mario's chest.

"Luigi look at me," Mario said firmly. Luigi didn't look up. "Listen, no one and I mean no one is going to hurt you and never in my entire life am I ever going to abandon you!" Mario said caringly and firmly. Luigi finally looked up at Mario's caring sapphire eyes.

"Do you mean that, Malleo?" Luigi said softly.

"Of course, I mean that!" Mario told Luigi.

Luigi started to hug him and replied "Thank you, Malleo."

Mario was a little surprised at first but hugged him back. (He would've anyway) ;)
"Hey Luigi, I think it's tim.." Mario stopped seeing as Luigi slept snuggled into his chest like a child. Mario smiled softly, remembering the times when Luigi would do it when they were kids and carried him to his bed.
"Good night, Weegie."
