Hello, I am the Scarlet Butterfly! mysterious wink This is one of many, many One Piece fanfics I've written but the first one I have decided to post here. Many more are to follow. Hope you like my twisted sense in pairings. It's not supposed to be a huge secret who the girl is. Its not supposed to be a big surprise at the end or anything, you're just supposed to laugh at the irony. I DO NOT OWN ONE PIECE!

Sanji had a difficult decision to make. Did he keep following the girl, or did he look at the fish? The fact that he had to choose between his two loves (Cooking and women) was devastating.

The girl or the fish.

The girl or the fish.

The girl was walking away.

The fish would always be there.

The girl.

Definitely the girl.

He quickly sped up leaving the fish behind just as she turned a corner. She seemed unaware that he was following her. He wove through the crowded streets until he was right behind her.

"Hey, what's up, beautiful?" He said, winking at her.

She turned around to look at him, as Sanji felt his heart skip a beat or two. She was even better-looking up close.

"Beautiful yourself." She said, with a little laugh and a wink of her own, batting long eyelashes. Her voice was sweet and sultry.

Sanji was stunned. Usually this was the part where he got rejected. She thought he was beautiful? Wow.

He cleared his throat and casually exhaled a thin cloud of cigarette smoke.

"Thanks." He said, nonchalantly. "Nice shawl."

Women always like it when you compliment them on their clothes.

"I noticed you looking at that fish back there." She said, smoothing out her shawl. "Kind of ugly-looking, wasn't it?"

"Yeah, well, I'm a cook, you see." He said, grinning, happy she was willing to talk to him. "All my life."

"Really?" she said, placing a red finger-nailed hand on his shoulder. Sanji felt himself beginning to perspire.

"You're whole life? That's fascinating." She murmured. "It's so nice to meet a man with such talents."

She was moving closer now, her other hand on his other shoulder now.

"You know I love talented men." She whispered.

Sanji could feel color rising in his cheeks. This chick was really into him.

"And your hair," she added, her hand finding its way up the back of his neck and twisting a bit of it. "Its such a lovely color, and so…soft."

"And your eyebrows," she continued, as Sanji felt like he was about to pass out. "They're so…unique."

She paused.

"You know I love unique men too."

Her deep, jade green eyes were staring straight into his.

"Are you doing anything right now?" Sanji managed to say out.

"Well I was looking for someone, but he's no longer important." She purred, with a little shrug, making her shawl start to slide off her shoulders.

"He?" Sanji asked, bewildered.

"Oh, you have nothing to worry about." She said with a little laugh. "He's hardly a match for someone like you."

She leaned in closer, her maraschino cherry lips brushing his ear, and he smelled a tantalizing perfume of exotic flowers.

"You're going to be mine, now."

Sanji felt the cigarette drop from his mouth. He was barely breathing as her arms found his waist and curled around it.

"What's your name?" she whispered.

"S-Sanji." He managed to stammer out.

"Well, my dear Sanji-kun," she murmured sensually. "I'm new to this area of Loguetown, but perhaps you could lead us somewhere, romantic for the evening, and the night.

She tossed her raven-black hair and her shawl slid from her shoulders to reveal a long purple coat, bikini top and an elegant string on pearls falling just above her generous amount of cleavage.

"Call me, Alvida."
