Plays
Summary: Tsuna wanted to try his hand at acting when his school's play was announced. And sometimes, girls who don't do plays change their minds because of him. A response to RainsMessage's challenge "Plays, drama, dances" on Lunaescence. Third POV Reader!Insert
A/N: This is going to be a chronological drabble series. This was supposed to be a reader-insert, but since those things aren't allowed here in (unlike in luna), I had to change the yous to shes. And it was honestly kind of confusing, lol. Hope that you people will read and review!
Prologue
She think that it's awkward. Plays had never been her thing. They seemed like an object of the past, it was nothing like the things that the modern world had to offer.
She never really liked plays. Unless it was an Opera, or maybe something from Broadway. In any case, she only really liked plays that were big and showcased fine talents.
So when she heard it, an announcement from her English teacher that the Drama Club was looking for actors and actresses, she just didn't care. She didn't want to join, in any case.
But then she saw him, that boy from her class. The brunet.
Who was he again- ah, the No-Good Tsuna who was becoming something of a popular figure within the high school students.
She guesses that it was to be expected, after all, she and everyone else had seen him. Seen him grown to the fine, young man that he is now. She doesn't even know that someone can grow that fast in such a short amount of time. And she does know that she didn't mean it simply literally. The boy grew in such a way that everything about him developed. Emotional, mental, physical, all aspects in a human being that can possibly be developed.
Seeing him like this, standing up to volunteer, she guessed that his esteem probably grew, too.
He stood up and he asked in a deep tone that made the hearts of all the female – and maybe even some male – flutter, "Is the play about Romeo and Juliet?"
He looked so well that everything he said made everyone in the room agree with him. She sees the teacher nod her head in a smiling, expecting manner as she waits for the boy to continue talking.
The boy scratched the back of his head and gave a sheepish grin, "When will the audition be held? I'm not sure if I'll fit, but I think I want to sign up as a minor character or something."
She saw the sparkle and the teacher's eye and she just knew that this boy isn't going to be a minor character. With the way that the teacher's looking at him, he's probably going to be picked as Romeo.
…And despite the fact that she doesn't want to be part of plays, she definitely wanted to be his Juliet.
