A small black tom with a white dash across his chest and tail, paced around a clearing, clearly anxious. Then out of a bush came a gray tom with long whiskers.
"It is done Ravenstar." the tom told him.
"They're here?" the other tom asked.
"Yes, but one has me worried about his future." the gray tom commented.
Ravenstar tipped his head. "A runt?"
The gray tom shook his head.
"Blind? Deaf? Both?!" ravenstar pested.
"Come see for yourself." The dark gray tom responded.
Ravenstar reluctantly followed him. "What's wrong with him then Grayfur?"
The tom went back into the bush he had come out of. Ravenstar not long after.
Grayfur gestured to ravenstar's mate. Two kits lay there, suckling away at her belly. One was complete black, the other was a silverish gray much like his mother. But with the pelt prints of his father. On that kit's paws were bits of moss.
Grayfur removed the moss, and revealed long claw's that stuck permanently out of the tom's tiny paws.
Ravenstar nodded. "Claw's are normally sheathed even at birth, he can't put them fully away."
Grayfur nodded. "I'll leave you two alone.
Ravenstar padded over. His mate looked up. "I've already named them," She informed him, "the black tom is Shadowkit, the other is Wolfkit."
Ravenstar looked at them both. Putting the moss over wolfkit's claws. "I love you silverfur, and i know you will love them both equally." he purred.

A/N: This is to be a story about my very first ever OC, but with a much better thought out future unlike the first time i made him. A lot of this will be drawn from my draft of a fanfic I began writing, before I found this site, called RAVENCLAN'S WARRIORS.
And no, he is in no way going to be like many people's first OCs, I had this character fully planned out when i first created him, and i think this is a very serious character for a starter OC.
No i will not stop writing HEARTH OF FIRE. I'm just going to use my more dark and serious ideas here so that i can use more fun in HEARTH OF FIRE than more seriousness.
I still will be accepting OCs, just for not so for Ravenclan.
