Dominique stared wondrously at the most beautiful fairy lights that were strung everywhere all around the sitting room. "They're perfect," she exclaimed.
Victoire giggled behind. "Yes, they are Dommie. We use them every Christmas, though. You should be used to them by now.
Dominique didn't even look at her big sister. "Can't help it. Christmas wouldn't feel like Christmas without them. They just make the house feel so much more magical."
"Our parents are a witch and a wizard. I'm a first year student at Hogwarts, and you will be going there soon too, as well as Louis. How much more magical can you get?"
Dominique shrugged. "As soon as their up and twinkling, I know Christmas is truly here." She finally graced her sister with a look. "Nothing beats the feeling of knowing Christmas has arrived."
Victoire stared searchingly in her sister's eyes. "I guess you're right."
"Of course I'm right."
