Jay walked out of the arcade. "Man, we gotta try that again sometime!", he said. They had just finished a Paranoia Brothers Freestyle. His friends, Kitsune and Takeshi had accompanied him to the arcade. Kitsune flicked a strand of her long brown hair away from her face. "Yeah, that was fun!", she said enthusiastically. Takeshi, said nothing, as usual. People called Takeshi "Gokou" because he had long spiky hair like that, only longer. Jay bid his friends farewell and retreated to his apartment in the Tek quarter of Tokyo. He jumped onto his computer and randomly typed in a search for Renassaince. Many pages showed up, but one caught his eye.
THE RENAISSANCE IS REAL
He clicked the link and read a few pages. The site explained how DDR was the first step in showing people an alternate dimension. It said that the Paranoia's were all reincarnations of an ancient evil in this alternate dimension, and that the Max's were the heros. Renaissance, however, was the focus of the page. It told of how the power of the Paranoias and the Max's would combine into a singular power, and then it would manifest itself in a human. Jay laughed at the idea of himself being the human. He wasn't nearly as good at DDR as other players in the area. "Well, maybe they speak of JSB!", he said to himself. He became bored of the page and shut down his computer. He got a sandwich, then went to bed.
The next day, Jay found himself at the arcade yet again. He decided, after reading the strange website, that he would play A by DJ Amuro. He put in his money in and waited for the song to start. The familiar green face showed on the screen and the song began. He looked at the green face, and he saw it move. "What the...?", he said to himself. The arrows began and his feet started moving. Not in the regular way you see, but on their own...
