My eyes desperately search for him in the dark room, in seek of warmth. My breathing is heavy and surely waking him up. When my hand finds his shoulder, he immediately turns around and puts his arms around my shaking body.

I feel his breath on my neck, and begin to calm down. After I'm somewhat relaxed, the goosebumps trickling up my neck make me realize that I've managed to kick the sheets to the floor during my episode. I start to rise to pick them up and apologize to Peeta, but his arms tighten around me as I try.

"It's okay. I'll get it," he tells me. He lets me go, gets out of bed and retrieves the mangled blankets. His blonde hair is messy and sticking up in all directions. I realize that this is probably because I kept him awake. I open my mouth to thank him, but he shakes his head, telling me not to.

I close my eyes and feel warmth as he rests the blankets back on top of me. Peeta climbs back into bed, wrapping his arms around me once more, only this time I turn to face him. I look up into his warm eyes and find them looking right back at mine. My lips find his, warm and welcoming. I break away after only a moment, not wanting to ruin anything. I then snuggle back up against his chest. My breathing steadies as he combs his fingers through my tangled hair.

"I love you," he tells me.

"I love you too," I answer.

I feel his lips find the top of my head, and I slowly drift off into sleep.
