Chapter One - The Thunder Alchemists

Tsuki wakes up to the sound of a train horn blowing. She throws herself from the seat.

She held her head. "Oy…! What a wake-up call!" she groaned.

"It sure was!" A voice said, sitting across from her.

She jumped up in surprise and turned around slowly to see a huge suit of armor sitting next to a short blonde headed boy with his hair braided.

"Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't realize anyone was sharing the same train room as I!"

"I hope you don't mind. All the other rooms are full." The suit of armor said, scratching the back of his head.

"Oh, don't worry! I just didn't expect to wake up to a huge man in a suit of armor, eheh…"

The little man smiled big. "I'm Edward Elric and this is my younger brother, Alphonse Elric. Nice to meet cha!" He waved slightly. Tsuki stared at the brothers with a blank look on her face. "But…Shouldn't it be…the other way around?" She asked, confused.

Ed became angered at what she said and jumped up in rage. "Who you calling the super small speck, huh!" he shouted at her.

"Calm down, Ed! You'll scare…uhm…" he paused and looked at the girl.

"Err…its Tsuki!" She smiled.

"You'll scare Tsuki-chan!" he continued.

"You want some of this, too!" Ed yelled at Al, holding up his right fist, making his sleeve to his red cloak pull back, just enough to show his metal arm.

"Wow!" Tsuki stared in awe. "That's so cool! Are you the uhm…uhh…hmmm…."

Ed stared at her. "…..yes…?" "Hang on! It's on the tip of my tongue…" she placed her hand on her chin.

"Full…metal…." Al whispered. "Shut up, Al!" Ed told him, smacking him upside the head.

Tsuki snapped her fingers. "Oh yea! You're the FullMetal Alchemist!" Tsuki smiled brilliantly.

"'Bout time!" Ed told her. He had a proud look on his face. For the first time someone actually noticed him as the FullMetal, and not Al. Poor Ed! –pats his head-

"So you're an alchemist! That's so cool! I do alchemy as well!" She smiled proudly.

"Really? That's amazing!" Al said happily. "What do you specialize in?" Ed asked.

Tsuki gave him a weird look of confusing. '……She sure is slow…' he thought. "Okay….then, do you have a title?" he asked.

"Yes! Me and my sister are called." She stopped and cleared her throat. "The Thunder Sisters!" she said dramatically and took a pose.

Ed stared at her for a second. "…Interesting. Why thunder?"

"Because that's what I—" she blushed and scratched her head in embarrassment. "Eheh…that's what I specialize in…"

Ed chuckled. "I knew I'd get it out of you sooner or later." He smiled.

"So, where's your sister?" Al asked.

Tsuki looked down at the floor. "She's…she's not---"

She was interrupted by gun shots. Ed jumped up in surprise. "Well, Al. That's our que! Guess Mustang was right… they…are…here!"

"Huh? Wha! Who's 'they'? And how do you know my—" "Don't worry about it. But please stay here where it's safe! Al, let's go." Ed interrupted her.

"Right! Nice to meet you, Tsuki-chan!" Al waved and followed after his brother.

Tsuki sat there in amazement while she watched the two brothers' rush out the train door. "Tch! Forget you, FullMetal Pipsqueak! I'm going too!" She ran out the door behind them to find two men in black ninja outfits lying on the floor covered on blood.
