Paraphrased from Mark Jenkins

Transformers is owned by Hasbro

The fact was this; being human had forced Bumblebee had forced him into his own mortality. It had forced him into noticing the passage of time, as his body aged. Forced him to have firsthand encounters with the world, as it really was, not the way Cybertronians saw it. His body had collided with the earth more time than he cared to count and he was forced to bear witness. He grappled with the limitless kindness and bottomless cruelty of mankind and realized, abruptly, that he himself was capable of both. And the knowledge of that changed him, and he knew that he would never be able to live on Cybertron again, because nothing would ever be black and white again.
