UNDER THE SAME RED MOON

When midnight struck, the full moon rose up into the sky once more, glowing in bloody red. It was a bloody night of course, as the two worlds united once more.

Dyfan, the twilight city…

Dante stood at the edge of the city, holding both of his handguns. Across him stood Victor Delacroix with his dark blade in his hand.

"Who are you? I've never seen you around before." Dante rubbed his head.

"Just call me Delacroix. And you shall pay with your blood if you stand in my way." He aimed his blade at Dante.

"Hmm… you're not really a human anymore, aren't you?" Dante drew out his Rebellion blade. "I sense evil within you."

"No one's gonna stop me from bringing Siela back to life!" Delacroix dashed at him.

"Siela?" thought Dante. And then Delacroix slashed his blade at him. Dante tried to parry him with his blade.

"You're a good swordsman, I see. Good enough to match him and to challenge me." Jeered Delacroix.

"It's my pleasure at the same time." Dante stared at him and began to look serious. "Let the games begin."

At he other end, down in the DMC world, Sieg Wahrheit stared blindly around the city, until he caught a glimpse of another warrior in front of him.

"You're not a human, aren't you?" Sieg drew out his blade.

The warrior emerged from the shadows. Vergil took out his katana and aimed at Sieg.

"What a human's gonna do with me? You think you can really stop me? Not even my so-called brother can beat me." He dashed forward and slashed Sieg. Sieg blocked the attack with his blade.

"I only know that I'll have to stop you, just like Delacroix."

"Oh, interesting." Vergil pressured him more. Sieg tried to grab him with his electricity touch to lock him. Vergil leaped back and charged at him again. Sieg aimed a blow to parry. The two blades clashed at each other , shattering the quiet dark night in the city.
