An odd man, people call him. When they're not already shooting up or swallowing or sniffing or whatever.
People don't really know what to call him. But whoever he says he is, everyone always identifies him by the super strange sight of hair so pale it's white, red eyes and the smell of sunscreen. He asks to be called Gil with one 'l'. After one of his customers says it sounds like an alias 'straight outta' a Kim Possible episode' he's given up trying to tell them the truth.
But in any case, everybody knows the guy who stays by the big brick train station. Everyone on drugs, that is.
He does anything and everything to get people hooked on his product.
But he also offers the special service of getting them off.
