I don't own anything, but this idea..

Jack looked across his desk at his favorite person at TGS perhaps his favorite person everywhere, his best friend Liz Lemon. He knew everything about her, even things that no one should know about anyone...but for the moment he didn't see all the strange things about her, all the disgusting things about her. He saw something else, he saw how nice the shape of her face was, her lips looked nice. With that thought he licked his own lips. Her eyes looked..somehow...soul wrenching beautiful. Wait what? Then there was something else he noticed that took away his concentration.

"What?" She asked noticing his stare and now he had a real reason to.

"You have a bit of mustard" He pointed and she completely missed it, so he leaned over and wiped it off with his thumb just barely touching the corner of her bottom lip, and they both felt a shock of electricity.

"Did you, just rub your feet all over the carpet in here Jack?" She asked and he smirked. So she felt it too? He thought happily, he didn't answer her question he simply got out of his chair and walked over to her side of the desk. She turned her chair to face him, her eyes wide and her mouth open. She was not ready for when he leaned down, it was clear what he was about to do, so without any thought her eyes fluttered shut. Then he kissed her, and everything around her seemed to go away, there was just Jack. His lips were soft and she felt him raise her to her feet, wrap his arms around her waist while she clearly couldn't respond. It took a few seconds, but her fingers were in his hair and her mouth was moving with his. She knew her heart had stopped beating the moment he kissed her, and now she was fearing a heart attack, so she pulled away.

"Okay what was that?"

"I was just thinking"

"Just thinking what?"

"About how your face shape is nice, how your lips looked nice, and your eyes.."he trailed off.

"What about them?" She asked him breathless.

"They are soul wrenching beautiful" She stared up at him they were so close her brown eyes and his blue ones locked onto the others.

"I'm trying to figure you out" She stated scared still just an inch away from kissing him again.

"It took just a second for all of the things I thought were disgusting about you, to seem adorable, and for you to suddenly seem beautiful" He managed and she thought about it it did make sense. "It took a second" He started again then looked away for a moment, before re-locking his eyes with her's. "For me to fall in love with you" suddenly he was being pulled into another kiss and found himself slightly off balance. She pulled away for just a moment to reply in a horse whisper.

"It took about an hour for me" He looked confused.

"What?"

"To fall in love with you, it was this whole hour we've been staring at each other"

"Ahh" he nodded before descending back down onto awaiting lips of great ecstasy.

So what did you think please review. I couldn't stand not having some Jack/Liz fanfiction that I hadn't yet read so I made some of my own.
