As Lars leaves the hospital, he begins to look down as he and Raven take a walk.
"I told you not to be attached to her," the latter said.
"Alisa is working for Jin all this time..." the former said, as if he is going to be put out of action. "My first friend... betrayed me and tried to kill me!"
Raven stops walking in order to think of a statement that would make him feel better from the revelation.
"What should I say? At least Jin Kazama's plans for world destruction has been averted."
"Is that all?!" Lars doesn't look impressed and shouted at him. "If you're my friend, you should comfort me!"
"Well, no offense, but Jin is right. She is a piece of junk," Raven added.
"I don't think..." Lars said, as if he is going to cry, and tears started to coming out of his eyes. "...I can recover from this!"
After a day at the hospital, Alisa has recovered and planned on seeing Lars again. Not only that, but also to apologize to him for her actions when Jin disabled her Safe Mode. As soon as she locates him, Raven arrives to get her bad news.
"Eh?! He got sick?!" she asked.
"That's right," the ninja replied while lying on the wall with his arms crossed.
"But, why?"
"Did you remember the moment you betrayed Lars when Jin disabled your Safe Mode, and you tried to kill him?"
"Yes, why?" Alisa asked, before she realized the answer. "Wait. You mean..."
"That's right. He got a fever from the revelation," Raven replied.
"But..." Alisa thought back of her actions while her Safe Mode was disabled. She is aware of everything she did, including fighting against Lars. "He was there in Egypt all this time to get me!"
"He's just suppressing the illness, so that he could stop Jin, that's all. When that is done and bought you to the hospital, he has succumbed to it."
This is not a very good day for her.
"Tell Lars to get well soon!" she said as she left.
"Affirmative," Raven replied.
