Happy Birthday.

Maka awoke to the smell of some wonderful smell floating from the kitchen to her shared room. Blinking at ceiling as her mind caught up with the rest of her she sat up and quickly pulled a pair of shorts on. Having slept in Soul shirt she felt slightly exposed and feared someone other than her roommate and the magic cat might be in their apartment.

Opening the door to find Soul lounging at their little island she looked around and didn't find anyone but the weapon she was confused. "Soul?" She called watching him jump and spin around.

It was then that she noticed he had on her apron for cooking and looked really nervous. "H-hey." He stuttered and tried not to make eye contact which was easy for him as he eyed her outfit. "Did I wake you?"

"Are you baking?"

Soul blinked at her before glancing at the timer. "Speak of this and you will never get cake on your birthday ever again." Soul said glaring at her. He might have been her boyfriend but he still had an image to hold up.

Maka stared before processing his words. "YOU WERE THE ONE BAKING CAKES FOR MY BIRTHDAY?!" She yelled before bouncing over to him. "I always thought it was Blair…" She giggled. Soul rolled his eyes and sighed.

"Yeah it was me. Why do you think you always spent the night at Kid's or Black*Star's the night before your birthday?" Soul said rolling his eyes.

"Wait… How many other people know you bake?" Maka asked looking at him. "Because if I'm the last to find out I'm going to Maka-chop you so hard."

"Just Tsubaki. I had to ask her for a recipe one time you know how she's constantly baking and stuff." He murmured as he wrapped Maka into a hug. He smiled a little into her hair and gave it a kiss before he pulled back.

"Soul."

"Happy birthday." He murmured.

Yeah... So... After sitting here for the past week trying to come up with something... I end up with this.

And Happy birthday to the bestest best friend/sister LLuNArEcLiPsE. This originally was going to be longer and even super fluffy but I am seriously smashing my head into my keyboard just trying to get this out.
