Miri walked into school on a seemingly normal day. "Hello school!" she said with a grin. After robbing Tommy, and clobbering Johnny, she skipped into her second grade class. The night before her mommy and daddy had been watching a documentary on dictators. Miri didn't know what that was, but it sure sounded like fun. She was not all owed to watch TV. Daddy said TV made her do bad things, but she still watched. Miri was a smart little girl. She knew that if she hid places, she could see the TV and learn. Was that the right word? Yes, she would learn how to do a lot from the TV. Last month she learned how to make a bomb, and the month before she learned how to do brain surgery. Both times she tried her new skills either ended in a fire, or an ambulance. Miri moved around a lot. Daddy said she gave people owies so they had to leave a lot. She wished they could stay longer, but she also loved seeing new places.

She sat down in her desk. Well it said Stacy on it, but she liked that seat, so it was hers. The teacher walked in and told the class they would be doing macaroni art. As the teacher got out the art supplies Miri snuck out of the room, down the hall, and into the principal's office. Miri crept behind his chair and quickly covered his face with duck tape. She was careful to leave his nose uncovered, so he didn't die. She knew killing was bad and it hurt people, so she stuck straws up his nose, so he could breath easier. Then she pushed him into the supply closet. She then went around and did the same to all the teachers.

By the time she was done it was time for lunch. She quickly gathered up her class and they marched, in a group, into the cafeteria. After they had eaten Miri decided that the first step of being a dictator was having a cool name. "Okay peoples, from now on call me Queen Miri and if you don't I'll kill you!" she screamed. Everyone did as they where told. Next she decided that the school needed a "makeover". She found some paint and made her servants to paint unicorn all up the walls. Unicorns where her favorite. The unicorns would tell her how her ideas where great and things would go perfectly. Even when things didn't go right the unicorns, in her head, where proud. They had been there since the first time she had moved.

Not much time had passed before she saw something terrible. Cassi was painting a green unicorn! Unicorns where not green, and she knew that for a fact. Not being able to stand such a terrible painting Miri picked up a chair and threw it at the wall. Sadly Cassi didn't move in time and the chair ended up smashing her up against the wall! This made Miri unhappy. She could still see the green unicorn under the goop. All the other kids started to cry. The ones that didn't cry stood there in shock at the mess. Miri ordered the crying kids to paint over the goop and make it pretty. She figured that their tears would keep them from getting sticky. Like I said, Miri was a smart little girl.

Finally, all the unicorns where done and the children started working on a sculpture of Miri. It was made out of play-doe, but that didn't matter. Miri was amazed at what good mindless followers these children made. The clock hit three and Miri realized her mommy would be outside to pick her up. She skipped outside and hopped into the car. "How was your day?" her mommy asked. "same-old, same-old" she replied and they drove away.
