Draco walked down the cobblestone path with his head held down. Walking through Diagon Alley was torturous. No one greeted him, people stared or sneered, they even crossed the street to avoid him. It was all because of that night so long ago, that night in the Astronomy Tower.
He often wished to go back in time to undo the things he'd done that night. He hadn't killed Dumbledore, yet he was guilty for even contemplating it. No one cared that his family was being threatened. All that mattered was the mark upon his forearm. The Malfoys were no longer wizarding royalty, instead shunned and ridiculed.
