I don't own Danny. Or American Dragon.

"Just let me go Danny. You can't save me." Sam Manson said her last good byes to the love of her life. Tears rolled down her face as she looked into his bright green eyes. He looked back at her tears in his eyes as well.

"Sam I can't let go of you. I love you!" Sam gasped. Almost all her life she had been waiting to hear those three little words come out of his mouth. But why now. Why when she is floating in the air about to be zapped into a black hole.

"Danny," she cried as the small birthmark on her neck glowed brighter trying to pull her up. "I love you too. But you need to let me go. I'll be okay." Cold tears rolled down her cheeks.

"But Sam,"

"Danny don't!" Sam cried out. "Please, let me go." Every ghost in the Ghost Zone including Tucker, waited for his decision. Danny's grip loosened. Sam started to glide up toward the sky again.

"What are you doing?! That's Sam up there! Are you just going to let her die?!" Tucker yelled in Danny's ear.

"I wish I could let her live, but it's my fault anyways." Danny hung his head not wanting to see her body struck by lightning like the rest of his family.

"But..." Tucker had no words.

"I wish I had never met Sam." Danny whispered under his breath. Desiree heard this.

"So you have wished it, so shall it be." She merely whispered then her hands started to glow pink. She raised them above her head and zapped Sam just as the blue lightning emerged from the sky. Danny looked up when he did hear the crack. Sam was gone. The night was now clear, the clouds had gone. He turned to Tucker.

"What happened?" He asked tears still running down his cheeks.

"Desiree heard your wish and granted it." Danny looked to Desiree.

"You mean, Sam and I have never met now?" Rage and fury filled Danny's whole body. Acting in spite Danny turned around and shot Tucker with his ecto ray. The blow sent Tucker flying backwards hitting a tree. Danny's face fell. Had he really just done that. He backed away from his fall friend shanking his head.

"I'm sorry Tuck." Danny whispered before he flew off into the sky. Tucker looked up after his friend knowing what he had just lost.

I had just finished watching American Dragon: Jake Long Homecoming. So I put that last scene into a Danny Phantom fic. You can like it you can hate it. Whatever. Please review though. Flames welcome.
