*this is my original story based off of a Role-Play game ship me and my friends made, hope you enjoy! (Title will be relevant to the story later)*
*Chapter 1*
I paced the room in the medical ward I was staying at while my arms healed, after awhile I sat on the bed and then slid into a sleeping position without covering myself with blankets. I hadn't realized how tired I really was - it was hard to even keep my eyes opened now. I lay there for a few minutes before I heard the room door open and close.
"Who is it?" I groaned.
I heard a sigh from whoever it was.
"Open your eyes and see" A girls voice answered.
My right eye opened a bit, Blare was standing over me smiling. She was wearing her usual jeans, tank top and jacket. She seemed too quiet.
"what's wrong?" I asked.
She smiled and sat next to me.
"It's nothing, I was just wondering how you where."
I grinned and sat up next to her, her eyes told a different story but I guess I could play along for now.
"I'm fine, really! It's just this sword wound that's a problem," I smiled reassuringly. "But really what's wrong!? If I could tell you where lying than there must be something bothering you"
Blare smiled sadly and turned away from me.
"It's really nothing Neil!" she said, still lying though.
I sighed frustratedly.
"If all your going to do is lie, then why did you come? If its Roxas or Ripred saying that we would be a good couple, just don't let -" I stopped when I saw her small smile and faint blush, "What is it?" I questioned.
Blare sighed and turned back to me and smiled. She put her arms around me and hugged me - After a second I thought it best to hug her back.
"Well there's no point in holding in anymore I guess… I have - feeling for you"
I looked into her eyes… the only eyes I had ease reading… there was no signs of lying in them.
"Can you repeat that?" I asked not believing what I was hearing.
She smiled and blushed.
"I guess. I - have - love - you!" she said slowly so I couldn't miss it.
I looked from her eyes to the floor, I felt the blood rise to my face… what was this feeling? I'd never felt like this before, fluster, excitement, happyness, relife. All in one! What is this!?
"If you don't feel the same you can just say! You don't have to space out like this!" Blare said calmly, "I can take it"
She seemed like she was serious, and she wasn't lying. And I - I was feeling so… so happy she said that! Why?
"Well - I can't - say I feel different" I said slowly, controlling every word.
Blare smiled and pulled me into a hug, I hugged back, but in ways I was still reluctant to believe myself.
"Can you do me a favor and not tell Roxas and Ripred about this?" I said quickly, "I'd never hear the end of it if you do" I laughed,
Blare nodded.
"I wasn't going to tell them yet, we should build this up first" she said happily. "You should get some rest so you can come home soon" she said and got up and headed to the door. "See you soon Neil!" she exclaimed and disappeared.
I sat there in silence still trying to control my feelings, I felt relieved that she said what she did, but before then I had never felt like this! My own feeling were hidden within me… is that it? I put my head on the pillow and closed my eyes, soon my thoughts disappeared and I fell asleep.
