The Spiritual Stone of Water

(A/N: This was just something VERY short that I wrote out of my mind in about ten minutes. I thought it would be fun to share this with everyone else. Contains a bit of Link/Ruto. Enjoy, R&R! ^^)
Link was definitely relieved as he leapt out of the gaping mouth of Lord Jabu Jabu, only to come face to face with…Princess Ruto?
"Gyah!" he yelped and fell backwards into Lake Hylia.
Ruto giggled at his reaction and dove into the water with him. She had sneaked out moments before and successfully scared the boy she had a major crush on. He's so cute when he's scared, she thought as she watched Link flail underwater for a few seconds before escalating above to cough and gag. Once he was actually breathing again, Ruto peeped up.
"You looked cool…cooler than I thought you would, anyway…just a little!"
She grinned as Link nervously scratched the back of his head.
"Well, anyway, you saved me, so I guess I'll reward you." She couldn't help but giggle more when she noticed Link's pointy ears perk up.
"What do you wish? Just tell me…" she trailed off, waiting for his response.
Finally came the words, "I want…that spiritual stone…"
Ruto was surprised for a moment, but smiled happily after she realized something.
"You mean the Spiritual Stone of Water, Zora's Sapphire, don't you?"
When she received a nod, she continued.
"My mother gave it to me and said I should give it only to the man who will be my husband. You might call it a Zora engagement ring!" she piped cheerfully, and burst into more giggles as Link swallowed and tried to swim away slowly, only to be grabbed by the shoulders and pulled back closer.
"All right, then!" she exclaimed. "I'll give you my most precious possession…Zora's Sapphire!" She dove down deep into the lake, and just when Link thought she was not coming back, Ruto resurfaced and handed it to him.
Link glanced at the shiny cerulean stone and quickly tucked it safely away.
He glanced back at Ruto and was about to utter a soft "thank you", when Princess Ruto suddenly grabbed him by the collar and drowned him in a passionate kiss. His eyes opened wide in shock and he tried to fight her, but soon his eyelids gently closed as she completely dominated him with a tongue much longer than his.
When Ruto broke apart, she whispered softly into his ear, "Don't tell my father…pretty please?"
Link faltered for the right words to say to the Zora who had just kissed him, when he gave in and fainted right on the spot.
Ruto giggled and smiled joyfully as his body slowly floated above the water.
"Looks like I'm taking care of you a little bit longer…"
