Rune wasn't sure where she was. It seemed familiar... like a training ground in Russia maybe? She looked around. It was a training ground in Russia, but it all seemed... bigger...
Before Rune knew it, a timer appeared. Ten minutes it read. She rushed the training grounds that consist of iron fences and large tire wheels. She got past time. Then came a large wall. She clawed her way up and then jumped down on the other side. Now dummies blocked her path, so she destroyed them. Rune had completed the training with seconds to spear.
"Congratulations, Nicatia," a deep voice spoke.
Rune turned and saw Captain Reef, Shanks and Dr. Blowhole.
"You've completed your training. You are one of us now," they said, their voices spoke as one.
"Nooooooo!!!!!!!!" the lemur screamed, closing her eyes shut tight.
"Rune? Rune!" shouted a voice. Someone grabbed her.
"No! Let me go! I'm not one of you! I'll never be one of you!" Rune yelled, kicking and clawing.
"RUNE!!!!"
Rune's eyes opened up and she saw a short penguin over her. His flippers were firmly on her shoulders and he had cuts bleeding up and down them. Three more worried penguins surrounded her.
"S...S...Skipper?" Rune whispered, still half asleep.
"Give her some room, men," Skipper ordered and the other three did so.
The lemur blinked and rubbed her eyes. "Skipper?" she repeated, "What... happened?"
"You fell asleep during one of your midnight training sessions again," Skipper told her. "We heard you screaming."
Rune felt herself quivering. Had it all just been a dream? No... not quite... Back in Denmark, she had to past that training ground... She had become one of them... "Skipper?! You're bleeding!" Rune gasped, becoming fully awake. "Did I do that? Are you okay?"
Skipper chuckled a bit. "Yeah, but it's no big deal. It'll heal. Now, the real question is; Are you okay?"
Rune closed her eyes and saw the evil three from her dream. She shook her head and buried it in Skipper's chest. Slowly she began to sob.
"...There, there, Rune," Skipper said. He turned to his men with a questioning look, not knowing really what to do or say. In return, the three penguins shrugged. Skipper sighed and pulled Rune closer, rubbing her back in hopes of comfort. "There, there, Rune," he repeated. "It'll be okay... We're here... We're here... I'm here..."

A/N: Well, yeah. It depend on how you look at this. It can either be like a friendship story or a shorta onesided SkipperxRune(Geez, does everyone have a crush on Rune? XD) But yeah. I personally think it's more like a friendship thing, but you look at the last sentence and it's all like "Wait... back up now..." Whatev. View it as you will.
