Disclaimers: Hey, really now if I owned Gundam Wing, then the series would never had ended after Endless Waltz so all you lawyers out there I have to words for you. B-A-C-K O-F-F.

Authors Note: Another sad kinda story that I wrote at like 10:00 at night. This really does circle around Trowa and not the little girl. I don't think I'll be writing a sequel unless some of you M+T (Middi and Trowa) fans out there want it. Happy reading! And don't forget to review!

Friend

A young girl, her curly red hair pulled back into ponytails and her silky green blouse with a matching cotton skirt sat watching. Her tiny green eyes watched every move the circus performers made. Suddenly her eyes focused on just one.

`Weren't clowns supposed to be happy?'

But this clown looked sad like her mommy did when she came home at night, except more. The pretty lady with knives bowed and threw them at the clown. He didn't flinch.

`Weren't humans supposed to flinch?'

But this clown didn't seem human like her or her mom. This boy looked like he had been threw much more then any human could.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

After the show was over. She checked to make sure her mommy was still talking to those people she knew.

Mii snuck around the back of the big circus tent. There were lots and lots of trailers. How would she ever find the one the sad clown lived in?

Almost ready to give up on her search she turned around and bumped right into the pretty lady who had thrown the knives. The lady looked very surprised to see her.

"May I help you little girl?"

Mii nodded.

"I'm looking for the sad clown,"

The lady looked confused, then she smiled.

"He's over there," she said pointing to a small blue tent.

With her little legs pumping Mii ran to the tent. Quietly as a five year old could she opened the flap. Inside was the sad clown. He was sitting and petting a huge lion, with big yellow eyes. The lion was outside of its cage!

He looked up as soon as she entered.

Frightened, but not so much that she was ready to run away, she stepped forward.

"Excuse me sir. But my mommy said that everyone needs a friend to be happy. You looked so sad Mr. Clown. I asked my mommy why and she told me maybe it was because you didn't have any friends."

She pulled a daisy from behind her back.

"Mommy says daisies mean friendship. I saw this one outside and I wanted to give it to you because now you are my friend,"

Proudly she handed the small flower to him. Shakily he took it from her baby fingers.

"Mii!!" cried a motherly voice.

"That's my mommy. She's worried. I have to go now, but I'll be your friend forever. Bye bye!" she cried running out of the tent.

Trowa watched as the hyper little five year old ran out and off. Then he turned his gaze back to the innocent little flower in his bloodstained hands. He eyes narrowed in thought.

"Friend…"

^.^ I know! This was really short! I'm sorry! Remember to review!!
