Summary: Because no matter the season, no matter the month, no matter the time, it was all just one never ending story. Of their lives. Sasu/Hina
A/N: I don't own Naruto. If I did, Sasuke and Hinata would have had their own spin-off series by now. xD
-I'm not too sure how I want to go with this. I'm kind of torn between making it a collection of one-shots or making it a story. I would like it if you guys could help me with this. Your opinions are greatly appreciated!
- I apologize ahead of time if anyone seems too out of character. If it seems too out there, please let me know so I can work to improve ^_^
- Reviews are welcome!
-Thoughts.
Chapter 1:
Only two more hours. A hopeful, desperate thought from Hinata's conscience.
Only? You have got to be kidding me. Insert mental groan here.
The buzz from the professor's mouth, despite being words, made no sense.
A giant lecture hall for 200 occupants. Just her. No one else to be found.
Well…with the exception of her one other classmate and best friend sitting four seats away.
Why? What did she ever do to sit through probably one of the most boring lectures to ever come into existence?
Oh right. Because she had to be a little bit lazy in college. She had to choose the class that met only once a week.
For 3 hours.
Not one of her more brilliant ideas.
And Sasuke Uchiha, being the disgruntled, loyal childhood friend agreed to take the class. All it took was The Look.
And jackpot. The one other occupant. Four seats away.
And yet, he's unfazed. Unaffected by the boredom. Immune to it.
Another glance at the clock. Did it always go this slow?
Not too bad… 1 hour and 58 minutes.
…Death. Death will soon take her away. Her soul might as well just leave in the remaining time of this class.
Snap.
The professor's buzzing stops.
"I have a life. Just read the damn book. And don't come for the rest of the semester. I'm not going to be here. Just come for the finals. Until then, I don't want to see either of you."
He walks out. Slam.
1 hour and 56 minutes.
What just happened?
"Don't look so confused. Let's go. I'm starved." Startled, she looks to her right; a blank-faced Sasuke.
They head out.
"I didn't think he would walk out like that…"
"Are you kidding me? Any sane person would have walked out the first time. He just lasted an extra lesson than most." A typical "Sasuke-esque" response.
"And what about you? How did you get past the first hour without going insane?"
Pause. Smirk on his face.
"Easy. You."
A blush. "W-what?"
"Even when you're bored, you have the most priceless expressions on your face. The first hour just flew by."
