the weekend before secret santa in sj, the $5 squad went to tries dads (bens) house to stay for the night and to get out of south jersey (& bc ben kept bugging trie about it). trie and sky were already at bens; haley, maria, and gi didnt arrive until 00:30. upon arrival, haley maria and gi brought gifts. these werent just any gifts, they carried in a chair, a traffic cone, and a for sale sign that they all stole from the side of the road. this was great bc it started the night off right! the $5 squad ate, talked, and made macncheese. after the macncheese gi, sky, and maria started to fall asleep, while cayla, haley, and trie were on a roll. $5 squad was playing "odds are" a game where if you guess the same number, youll do whatever that person said. as the game escalated, someone has the grand idea to go out and steal something like a stop sign or a speed limit sign. hailey and cayla jumped up right away, and went outside to find something to steal. a little ways down the street, cayla spotted the perfect stop sign (it was 90% useless). cayla began to shake the pole of the sign, and was vEry happy when it bacame lose. hailey then helped cayla lift the stop sign and pole out of the ground and then they carried it to tories house. bc of legal purposes, cayla and haley could not leave the stop sign in her yard, so they put it in a nearby tree on the other end of the road. the next morning when the $5 squad went out to breakfast, they saw that the sign was put back in place. this made cayla very mad. so mad that she went to the sign, lifted it up with much ease, and took hold of it like a battering ram. the $5 squad yelled "cayla no!" as cayla ran down the street, knocking into and breaking every object she can, screaming "cayla yes".
