"We got a job for you Sam" said the man behind the bar
Sam Scarlet didn't look like much, at first glance she looked around eighteen in age tanned with short black hair and yellow eyes to the unknowing person she was a regular girl who couldn't do anthing evil but for those in the know however she was the third most deadly person in the most respected mercenary organisations in the world, The unknowns.
Her outfit was simple too it consisted of a simple black tee shirt, a black crop leather jacket stopping just above her belly button and with flexible skinny jeans along with black runners. (if you can't tell she likes the color black)
"You know I'm off today, the higher ups know to, so why in the hell are you offering me a job when all I want to do is sit in my favourite bar a have my few drinks" Sam ranted clearly irritated from her last job.
"I wouldn't be passing this up you haven't even heard the pay" the man said as he began sleazing a beer mug in a typical barkeep fashion
"You wouldn't be mentioning the pay if it weren't big?, how much?"
"Enough to set you on easy street for pretty much you hole life"
"Hmm you should've started with that would have saved you from my rant, who's the employer?" Sam asked pulling out a stool to sit on.
"Don't know what they look like they keep wearing a full cloak all I know is there a returning costumer same mission too"
Sam was about to reply but was cut off as the man continued
"I giving you a warning cause I like ya, the the last guy who took this job hasn't been seen since, the higher ups a almost certain he's dead" continued the man
"Who was he" asked Sam a curious look in her eyes
"You remember Tristan"? the man asked
"As in thee Tristan as in voted deadliest person here two years running after he broke the balls of steel dick Tony, That Tristan!!!" Sam inquired
"The one and the same, you finish this job you might even go up to first" the man answered shaking his head in memory of Tony's manhood
"From third to most in just one job, damn" said Sam bringing her hand to her chin she sat there in thought for about five minutes "Hmm…. alright I'm in where do I meet my employer"
"Here are the coordinates" the man responds as he handed Sam a slip of paper
"Alright I'm headed out" Sam yelled as she walked away
(Early that day)
A hooded lady like figure walked into the just opened up for the day bar and sat down at the counter.
"Hello miss how can I help …… you" asked the man
"I am here to report the last person you gave us has perished, and that we require another to complete the mission" the women like figure said with no emotion in her voice
"wait your the women who came in a will back lookin for my best guy, sorry lady i got people near his level but equal….." the man replied being cut off
"I know there is a female that has great skill and has climbed your ranks quickly she will suffice, inform her of our proposition and if she accepts send her to the same location as last time" and with that the women got up and left
"Couldn't get a read on her back then, couldn't get a read on her now" stated the man going back to setting up for the day he thought "god Sam please don't be stupid"
(Present time)
Sam was riding her bike to her destination wondering to herself "how the hell did Tristan get offed this job must be somethin else, man this is gettin me excited if I pull this off I'll be on easy street for life or that what mr smarypants said".
Sam continued riding along humming her favourite tune. (It's twinkle twinkle little star, yes she is quiet fucked in the brain)
Sam was shocked to say the least she had waited for half an hour hiding in the tall grass waiting for her employers to arrive, she had made it a habit to arrive early to meetings to get a look at her employer to see if they looked like scumbags or not, though in realty she didn't care as long as she got payed. Let's just say she did not expect to see a giant blue mechanical hand appear in the sky at the time her employer was supposed to meet her.
An absurdly tall hooded women walked out of the ship accompanied by four above average height purple skinned people and one average height light blue skinned women
"Aliens huh well that's a new one let's just wait a little longer" Sam said to herself
She then proceeded to wait and watch for twenty more minutes before the hooded women spoke
"Pearl I thought you said the radar detected a life sign in this area" questioned the hooded women
The one know as Pearl proceeded to bend her arms into a diamond shape (Sam just wondered how she did that trying her best to imitate) and replied with
"Yes my diamond the radar did detect a life sign in this area though it may have been a wondering human I apologise "
Sam then proceeded to step out of her hiding spot saying "I believe I am that life sign"said Sam all the purple people got on guard pulling weapons out of the gemstones they seemed to have implanted in them. The hooded women raised her hand and the purple people lowered their guard.
"Are you guys the one I'm supposed to be meeting cause if you are I'll be honest wasn't expecting aliens" Sam yelled up at the giant women
"Yes I am the one who hired you though now that I get a look at you I am unimpressed the other one was far more to the point and presented his skills quickly" commented the giant women
"That sure sound like Tristan alright heard he died" commented Sam "Enough chat though I'm here for business nothing more nothing less"
"As you wish, from what my pearl has told me you have killed quiet the number of people in your short time on this planet, though as I already stated you are far less intimidating then the one known as Tristan" the blue women said continuing to insult Sam's honer
"Hmm then should I prove my skills to you your diomondness" Sam inquired doing an insulting bow.
The giant women looked curious while slightly annoyed "proceed?"
Sam took a step forward and disappeared from view (flash step style) and reappeared behind a assumed bodyguard focusing energy into her finger tips and stabbing start through the bodyguards chest.
Sam was surprised "no blood or organs but I stabbed straight through the chest" those thoughts were replaced with "why did this alien poof into smoke" then she remembered they were fucking aliens, she looked down at the ground where her victim stood all she saw was a single Amethyst gemstone
"Fuck yeah I can sell this for a couple hundo's" The other soldiers looked pissed, as they began to advance towards her. "Nope." she said pointing her hidden gun gauntlet towards them. "I'm keeping this beauty and you can't stop me."
"Brutal, rough, and quick just like the last one maybe even more so, I wonder if all humans are like this?." said the Diamond as she moved towards Sam. "I think you have yourself a deal!"
Sam grinned, lowering her arm. "Good. I was beginning to think that I would have to kill all of you." The Pearl gasped, the soldiers sneered, and the Diamond smirked.
"You're good human. But you're not that good."
"I disagree. But I really don't care anymore. Now, what do you want me to do?"
"I'll be explaining that later but for now" said the giant women who proceeded to pick Sam up "let's hope you do better than project T.
"THE FUCK IS THIS LET ME GO YA BITCH"!!!!! Screamed Sam as she struggled against the giant women's grip
"How dare you insult blue diamond" another bodyguard spoke still sorry 03 could never catch a break
The now known as Blue Diamond raised her hand "it is fine amethyst zero four she is just frustrated is all"
Blue Diamond proceeded to walk back into the ship Amethysts and Pearl in tow Sam kept struggling kicking a waving her energy charged fists like a small child fighting against a parent grip until the ship speed up to light speed and she fell into unconsciousness.
When Sam woke up she was in a small room similar to a prison cell just with no bars as well as being pure white the only colour was that same Pearl from before. Sam soon realized that her clothes had been taken replaced with a skin tight suit (Zero Suit no feet or hand covers) she didn't care all she knew is that she was hungry and thirsty.
"Hey Pearl was it?, can I get something ta eat and drink please"
Pearl handed her a glass of some sort of liquid Sam looked up at her confused
"and the food.
"……"
"Alright silent treatment I get it killing one of ya friends probably isn't the best let's be pals opener" Sam sniffed the liquid it didn't smell of anything and why not drink it "well I'm sure I've had worse, down the hatch".
Needless to say it tasted amazing it also felt like she'd eaten a full course meal it was so weird but she wasn't complaining.
"That's some good shit" commented Sam as she turned back to Pearl
"So where are we exactly" Sam asked
"We are on homeworld" Pearl quickly responded
"And that is where" Sam asked growing slightly frustrated
"Approximately half a year's journey from earth" Pearl responded
"THE HELL how am I alive if you haven't been giving me food in all that time" yelled Sam clearly confused
"Thanks to the technology on blue diamonds ship we made the trip in two days" responded Pearl
"That's fucking crazy" said Sam
"……." Pearl goes back to silent
"Back to the silent treatment alright" responds Sam as she proceeds to lay back down
On the wall Pearl was standing by a gap opened up the size of a door and an amethyst walked through
"Blue diamond says its time" said the amethyst making the same pose pearl did earlier
"Alright human please follow me" said Pearl
Sam got up and started to follow Pearl out of the room but not before the amethyst nudged her
"Stupid human you'll just die like the other one" mumbled the amethyst giving Sam a cocky smirk
Sam looked the amethyst in the eyes murderous intent in hers "word of warning don't piss me off"
That one sentence sent shivers down the amethysts non existent spine she could fell there was power and truth behind those words, it was not a threat it was a promise
"Blue diamond wanted another monster, Well she got one" said the amethyst as Sam walked away "just those eyes put the fear of shattering in me"
