Temperance Brennan sat at her desk and lowered her head into her hands. Usually after such a success she would have been ready to get her coat and head down to Sid's but today something had happened to change that and although she wasn't sure what had happened she was certain it was going to affect her life and Tempe knew it was going to be good

The snow falling outside whirled to the ground as it fell from the sky. A blanket of snow covered the Jefresonian. Suddenly Booth burst in to Bones office were everyone was sat staring out the window
"That was Cullen" Booth said his voice sounding irritated "and he says that it's a blizzard and that it's unsafe for anyone to leave the building until it's over"

"Booth?" Bren's voice quavered as she spoke, it was now 9 o clock at night and Booth and Bren were sat in her office when the lights went out "Booth? I... im … scared" suddenly she felt a hand catching hers and a body press up against her "Its okay Boones' im here." Suddenly a sea of calm washed over her and nothing mattered except for that moment
