Written for Speed Drabble on Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry (Challenges & Assignments).

This is the first time I'm writing these characters let alone this pairing so let me know what you think. I'm a little nervous and I love both these characters so I want to do them justice.

Remus Lupin was a patient man. He was calm, collected and kind hearted. Being a werewolf didn't change this aspect of him in the slightest. There was nothing and no one that could rile him up, no one that could truly affect his natural calm. Well almost no one.

"Sirius Orion Black! Where the hell is that furry arse of yours?"

The dog lazing on one of the dorm beds shot up in surprise and then tried to hide under it. Too bad he was too big.

"Don't you dare try and hide from me! Do you know what you've done?"

Sirius, or Padfoot in his dog form, whimpered and shook his head. Truly it could be any number of things. It could be the explosion that he set off in the slytherins dorms, it could have been turning Professor McGonagall's hair red and gold, it could be that he had turned the charms classroom into a swimming pool. Any one of those moments of fun could have easily set of prefect Remus. That didn't mean he was going to admit to anything.

"Turn back into yourself so I can look at you in the eyes. Right. Now."

Sirius may be a Gryffindor but he was no idiot. He knew that look in Remus' eyes. It promised pain if disobeyed. Swiftly and without argument Padfoot the dog transformed into Sirius the slightly terrified human. Looking at his red faced friend he knew he had every right to be.

"Remy?"

"Don't you Remy me. Do you think that just because I love you I'm not going to be mad at you?"

"Yes?"

If possible Remus' face became even more enraged and Sirius' turned white.

"You are going to tell me what you've done and then you are going to pay me back"

Sirius didn't want to admit to something Remus had no idea about so he played dumb. Remus didn't like that at all.

"You want me to tell you?" Remus said.

A shaky nod.

"Fine, you lazy greedy bastard have eaten the last of my chocolate!"

"What?"

"You've EATEN my chocolate!"

Sirius couldn't believe his ears. This was about chocolate.

"Um… Remmy, don't you think your being a bit… dramatic?"

Sirius was barely able to finish his sentence when an enraged werewolf tackled him to the ground. Sirius yelped and managed to push his lover off of him and run the door. He had just managed to open it when Remus slammed into him again sending them both down the stairs. He heard a multitude of surprised gasps and someone shooting a spell their way. That spell turned out to be a cushioning charm which saved Sirius from a concussion upon landing at the bottom of the stairs.

"Stop it. James, do something about those too" Sirius heard Lily yell out and suddenly there was a messy haired man in between him and Remus.

"What the hell did you do Sirius?" James asked

"Me!" Sirius was ashamed to admit how high and terrified his voice sounded "I didn't do anything."

"Liar!" Remus shouted and most of the common room went silent, surprised that the usually calm boy was yelling. "You ate my chocolate! It was mine and you ATE it!"

Now there was complete silence in the common room. Remus' chest was heaving and Sirius was shaking from head to toe.

"Um Remus" James was the first to break the silence "Don't you think your being a bit dramatic about this?"

For many Gryffindors this day would be remembered as the day James Potter screamed.

A.N: I'm not 100% sure about this. There are a few things I'm not too happy about but as a first attempt I think I did alright. What do you think?
