Hey everyone. I wrote this poem after an ordeal I had with this guy. I figured it could work for how Usagi was feeling with the whole 'Mamoru break-up' thing. I love Mamo-chan dearly, but what he did still makes me mad!! Well, anyway, here we go.
"Miss Tsukino, I believe your the last one up. Please recite your 'True Feelings' poem."
Usagi stood up and walked towards the head of the class. Everyone stared at her as she cleared her throat. The two scouts in the room watched more intently...waiting for what was to come. They were, to say the least, stunned by the words.
"I am to young
To deal with this ache
I should be to young
To feel my heart break
But, here I sit
Dreaming of the days
When we'll be together
That's such a long way away
Since I've first known him
I've cared for him that long
And as the years seemed to pass
My feelings seemed more strong
I told him just a few weeks ago
How I've liked him all these years
And I even told him secrets
While my voice wobbled from tears
He still hasn't told me how he feels
If he feels the same or not
But either way, here I'll stay
Dreaming and hoping a lot"
She walked through the rows and sat back down at her seat. Not even giving a thought to her grade, or the two worried glances that were transfixed on her.
