Abe' s Pov
"Ugh..."
Eyes slowly blink open to close back again in pain. 'Ow..! What happened..?'
Abe pushed himself up onto his elbows and drearily shook his head. His thoughts were scattered and he had a headache but other than that he seemed to be okay. He heard a groan to his left and peered through narrowed eyes to see the source. He noticed pale, clawed feet and quickly-or as quickly as he could-sat up onto his knees.
He swallowed nervously before sighing once he realized it was the gabbet he was assigned to. Now he remembered what had happened, and he frowned, thinking to himself how he was going to punish those jerks for just leaving them. "Damn it..." He frowned and slowly got to his feet.
Munch's Pov
"Ack..."
Munch squeezed his eyes tight together and clenched his teeth. 'O-Ow..."
He slowly opened his eyes and twitched his fingers, happy they weren't broken, along with his others, too. He heard soft padding coming towards him and sat up.
"Um...'ello?"
He started, startled, and glanced up and to the right. There was an intimidatingly tall man, he seemed to be a species he was unfamiliar with. He flinched and quickly glanced around when the stranger offered his hand. This didn't seem to deter him as he was also offered a gentle, sheepish smile.
"Hey, so uh, I'm Abe and we have a lot to talk about..."
