Disclaimers: Yeah...I SO own Lupin. No, JK Rowling does, we all know.
A/N: A small poem I wrote from Lupin's POV, because I'm just THAT cool.
Stay with me every night, till the wolves go away
Till they no longer bay
Till they are restless and drained
Till they no longer linger here again
Stay with me through my coughing, shaking fit
Watch me turn into 'it'
Don't leave me here alone
Don't leave me here with my face in the dirt
The tree's undressing their leaves upon me
I'm beginning to feel like I don't belong
Like the ground isn't mine to walk upon
Stay with me as the full moon seeps through the sheet of clouds
The memories of fear whipping around and around
As the bleeding silver moon mocks me, showing no mercy
Stay with me as the disease courses through my veins
Churning in thy blood of shame
Witness my gruesome transformation
From what used to be a man into a savage creature of being
Stay to see me tattered and torn
Wilted and left for the vultures of scorn
Don't turn away at the monster that is me
For I did not chose to be what you see
But as you see that look of rage in my eyes
Run, run for your life
Don't look back no matter what you do
You should have known, I can be deceiving
Please forgive me
Stay with me every night, till the wolves go away...
