Dating Hermione Granger was the best thing in the world he decided as he chased her through his apartment. It had only been official for a couple months but he found he couldn't be happier. He loved how real she was with him. There were no ulterior motives hidden behind her beautiful face. She was nothing like the Pureblood girls he used to associate with. Whenever he was in a crappy mood she gave back as good as she got and never let him walk all over her like other girls would. He especially liked that whenever she was upset she would take her time to think about it and then explain to him her feelings. She had her moments where she got overly emotional and impulsive but he didn't care as long as she didn't act like Pansy who would whine and nag until he asked her what was wrong. She was just a blunt, upfront person who never tried to hide her true self and he was in love.
He was currently stripped down to his boxers chasing his laughing girlfriend through his apartment. He adored watching his old-school robes flutter behind her as she ran and knowing that she only had his white shirt on underneath that made his blood pound. He was too focused on Hermione to hear the floo activate.
Hermione stopped short as soon as she stepped into the living room. Her heart jumped as she took in the stunned forms of Draco's friends. Her mind went completely blank and she was immensely grateful when not a moment later Draco came speeding into the room. He had to stop short as well so he wouldn't topple her over in his race to reach her. He slid his arms around her waist and only when he went tense did she know that he was seeing what she was seeing.
Nothing was said for a moment but then Draco pulled a partially undressed Hermione behind him, in an attempt to salvage her modesty. When he heard Pansy choke, he remembered exactly what he was wearing. He shifted in his red and gold Gryffindor boxers as he said what the bloody hell are you doing here. Blaise grabbed Pansy's arm as she started screeching at the couple. What the hell are we doing here. What the hell are you doing with her. We came here because we were worried about you. We never see you at the yearly social gatherings and you hardly come out for drinks anymore. We thought you were getting depressed again so out of the bloody kindness of our hearts we came here to coax you back into the world of the living. I'm so sorry we didn't know you were ditching us to shag the know it all.
Draco's eyes narrowed and he was about to let her have it when she stormed over to the floo and immediately left. Blaise gave them a sheepish smile and said sorry about her she was just surprised and worried.
After everything starts settling down his friends start making fun of his Gryffindor boxers.
