Poor Nathaniel. All alone, trapped in the abyss of his own mind. Daydreaming, wondering when it would end. Marinette likes Adrien, Adrien likes Ladybug, and Nathan liked poor, sweet Marinette. Nathan. So vulnerable. In his dreams, he and Marinette loved each other. He was Super Nathan once again and had his own art museum. He was leading an amazing life. All of a sudden he snapped back to the reality-homework. Sighing he shoved his homework aside. His daydreams have given him an idea. He began to draw-spent all night. But this wasn't just any drawing. This was a life-sized, full-body portrait of Marinette Dupain-Cheng. Coloring the girl in, he stood back to admire his work. The next day, Nathan brought his picture to school. He got an A+ on his homework, not unusual considering he'd only had time to look up the answers and write them down.

Free period.

"Marinette," he said nervously.

"Hm?" The bluenette said, turning.

"C'mon, I wanna show you something."

Mari followed Nate into a cleared corridor. Nathan turned around and pulled out the large picture. He showed it to Marinette.

"Oh, Nathaniel...I'm speechless, really,"

Nathan smiled sheepishly. A few days later, Marinette decided to get to know Nathan better. Soon they were almost best friends. Nathan said not really, since BFFs were "girly". This made Mari laugh. They spent time in Mari's bakery and Mari supported his dream of opening an art studio. She even sewed him a Super Nathan costume (based off of the Evillustrator, but that was behind them). They went on their first official date. Soon, they graduated high school and Nate opened his art studio right next to Marinette's design studio. They often visited each other and called on weekends.
