Dean commenced with a rousing rendition of Highway to Hell, following it with an edgy interpretation of Nothing Else Matters. The acoustics were incredible, lending his performance both volume and resonance, and allowing him to end on a roof-raising finale of Carry on my Wayward Son.
The crowd were on their feet.
At least they would have been. If there had, in fact, been a crowd; and a crowd which had actually feet to be on. As it was, Dean's audience consisted of two rubber ducks and a bar of soap shaped like Batman.
Dean didn't care, he liked singing in the shower.
