Ten NCIS Drabbles
Imperfection - Collide
Tony wasn't sure how to tell Ziva how good she was. She was one of the most interesting women he had met. She was witty, clever. But she had shot someone, and she thought it wash her fault. But he had threatened her, and he would kill her, so she had too. She had killed before, sure. But not on this job.
Ziva had killed before. She had killed many times in Musasad, and she killed her half-brother Ari. She knew Tony wanted to help her, but he couldn't get past the barriers. She wanted to let him though. She wanted to tell him how much he meant to her, but she had never felt like this before. She hated the fact that she had killed this man.
Tony wished she would believe in herself. That's all he wanted. Was for her not to doubt her judgment.
Imaginary - Evanescence
Abby loved the world she lived in. It was her own place, where she could be herself. She waits in her lab, listening to her music, waiting for results and right as they come in, Gibbs walks in. She believes her is psychic, but he denies this, as she expects him too.
Kate has died, and Jenny has died She didn't take this well. They were good friends to her, and she just wallowed over them. She dreams that they are still there, even though they aren't. These dreams make her smile.
Everyone tells her they aren't coming back, and she knows it. But it's nice to be able to see them again, even if it's just at night, in her sleep. But she doesn't sleep often, so she doesn't see them often.
She wishes they were still alive. But instead, the team has been broken up, and she only has one of her friend, and that's Gibbs, who is like a father to her. She wants her friends back. Sure, she sees McGee, but not as often as she used to. She wants things back to the way they were.
We Will Rock You - Queen
The team (Tony, Ziva, McGee, and Gibbs) got rough and dirty fighting criminals. They liked it that way though. The people had no chance with them fighting. They found the evidence, found who didn't, and that was that. There was fun along g the way, but they still got the job done.
I'll Be There For You (Friends Theme Song) - The Remeberants
They stuck together all right. They had to, if they wanted to see tomorrow. They pretty much only had each other, since they spent so much time fighting crime. But that was how they liked. Tony always said "Got your six" to Gibbs, but Ziva and Tony knew that Tony was there for them too. After all, they were each others family, which was fine with them. Whenever one of them was stuck, they had each other and helped them get through it. They would always be there, and that was all they needed.
Let's Dance - Vanessa Hudgens
They had just finished a hard case, so Tony had instead that they go to celebrate. He took them to a club. Ziva tried to resist as Tony tried to dance with her, but she ended up doing it anyway. She enjoyed every second of dancing with him. It was like there was no else their but them, and that was the best thing. As they danced, she realized how their relationship had changed since they first met.
Tony had wanted to ask Ziva out for a long time, but he was afraid of the Mossad agent. He really cared for her. That was all her knew.
