A/N First for anyone waiting for more stories for either my CSI NY stories or Bones, i promise they're coming, I'm just super busy at the moment but I start winter break tomorrow, so many stories coming soon!

Secondly, this story is actually about a dream i kept having, but it fit easily into Garcia, and I was trying to study for my finals and i couldn't focus until i got this story out.

Enjoy! I own nothing!

Garcia sighed heavily. She just couldn't figure it out. She was having a reoccurring dream and it made absolutely no sense and try as she might, oh and she did try, no dream interpretation website had been left unturned, she couldn't figure out what it meant.

"What's wrong, baby girl?" the oh so familiar voice asked from her office door.

"What makes you think something is wrong?" she asked, spinning in her chair to face one Derek Morgan.

"Well, if that sigh was any indicator," he said with a grin. Her eyes narrowed at him. "Come on, tell me what's going on in that pretty little head of yours," he pleaded.

"It's stupid," Garcia insisted, shrugging and starting to turn back to her computers. Before she could, his large dark hand grabbed her chair.

"I'm sure it's not, just tell me," Derek replied. Garcia groaned and set her head in her hands.

"It's nothing, really, I just keep having this dream and I can't figure it out," she gave in.

"Is it a nightmare?" his dark eyes were full of concern.

"Oh honey, no, nothing of the sort," she assured him with a light chuckle.

"Ok then, do you want to talk about it?" Derek wondered.

"It's really not a big deal, handsome, I'm just trying to figure it out," Garcia answered.

"Talking it out helps," he continued. Who was Garcia kidding; she wasn't going to win with him. He was going to stick around until he got what he wanted. She'd have to tell him.

"Fine, I've been having this reoccurring dream, and you're in it," she stated bluntly. His curvy eyebrows shot towards the ceiling. "Hey now, not like that," she reprimanded.

"Ok, ok, sorry, keep going," he laughed.

"So in my dream, I for some reason want to make you dinner," she started.

"You make me dinner all the time, momma," Derek interjected.

"I know, that's what gets me, that and there is this girl in my dream too, and I know I recognize her from when I was younger, and I know I didn't like her but I can't exactly remember who she is," Garcia continued.

"What is she doing in your dream?" he asked.

"She keeps telling me you won't be hungry and I tell her you will be and she just argues. I mean in the dream it's dinner time and you've been out saving the world all day, of course you'll be hungry," she finished in an almost frustrated tone.

"I'll tell you what, how about I come over tonight and you can make me dinner?" Derek suggested. A huge smile graced Garcia's features.

"I would like that very much," she said softly.

"Alright, then it sounds like a plan, and maybe I'll even stay the night so if you have the dream again, you can wake me up and make me dinner all over again," he grinned. He received a light laugh from her, just like he hoped.

"But what if you're not hungry, like the stupid girl said?" Garcia wondered.

"Baby girl, you know I will always be hungry if you're cooking," he said with a wink and turned to leave.

"Handsome," she called to his retreating form. He looked over his shoulder at her. "Thanks," she smiled.

"No problem, I'll see you tonight," he said before finally leaving. Garcia smiled to herself. That went better than expected.
