This is a story which will loosely be based One Piece Luffy Powers as a quirk
The World Began as a normal world with no superpowers however one day in the country china a baby who had the abillty to flash he was known as the luminescent baby The first quirk. Later people began obtaining powers changing the world of what it use to be.
Many Years Later
The Population of quirks have been 80% people with quirks and 20% with no quirks also knowns as quirkless, The world changed drastically since then.
This is my story of I how become the greatest hero in the world.
In The playground
